Set both pages to noindex, follow
Keep both linked in the footer on every page
Do not include them in the XML sitemap
Retain the existing URLs — /privacy-policy/ and /terms-and-conditions/ — so no redirects are needed

Carry-Over Checklist

The live site already has both pages. When migrating, check each of the following:

1. Business name updated to Premier Auto Studio throughout — check for any remaining references to 330 Detailing.
2. Address matches the corrected NAP: 751 W Commercial St #85, Mt Carroll, IL 61053.
3. Contact email is current.
4. Effective date updated to the relaunch date.
5. Any reference to the old GoDaddy site builder or its terms removed if present.

Coverage to Verify

Whoever reviews the policies should confirm they cover:

What is collected through the contact and quote forms, including any photo uploads if that feature is added
reCAPTCHA — the current forms use it, so Google’s privacy policy and terms need referencing
Analytics and any tracking pixels in use
Gift card terms — expiry, transferability, refundability
Service terms — deposits, cancellations, and what the in-house coating warranty does and does not cover
