No, Ceramic Coatings are not literally scratch-proof. However, they are scratch-resistant and can minimize light scratches and swirl marks caused by routine washing.

The process involves:

1. Thoroughly washing and decontaminating the vehicle. 

2. Performing our paint correction to prep paint. 

3. Hand applying coating in small sections using an applicator pad. 

4. Buffing and curing the coating to create a durable bond.
